Precautions for using stainless steel distribution boxes

1. The construction power distribution system should be equipped with a main distribution box, a distribution box, and a switch box, and form a three-level distribution mode.

2. The installation positions of the distribution boxes and switch boxes of the construction power distribution system should be reasonable. The main distribution box should be as close as possible to the transformer or the external power supply to facilitate the introduction of power. The distribution box should be installed as close as possible to the central area where the power equipment or load is relatively concentrated to ensure that the three-phase load remains balanced. The installation position of the switch box should be set according to the site conditions and construction conditions.

3. To ensure the balance of the three-phase load of the temporary power distribution system, the power and lighting power at the construction site should form two power circuits, and the power distribution box should be set separately from the lighting distribution box.

4. All electrical equipment at the construction site must have their own dedicated switch boxes.

5. The box body and internal settings of stainless steel distribution boxes at all levels must comply with safety regulations, the switch electrical appliances must indicate the purpose, and the box body must be uniformly numbered. The stainless steel distribution box that is no longer in use should be cut off from the power supply and the box door should be locked. Fixed distribution boxes should be fenced and have rain and smash protection measures.

6. Stainless steel distribution boxes are generally used for households, while distribution cabinets are mostly used for centralized power supply, generally for industrial and building electricity. Stainless steel distribution boxes and distribution cabinets are complete sets of equipment. Stainless steel distribution boxes are low-voltage complete sets of equipment, and distribution cabinets are both high-voltage and low-voltage.
